Patient Participation Group
The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have a patient representation group. This is known as the Patient Participation Group. (PPG); so that you can have your say. The group have regular meetings at the Surgery and they provide constructive suggestions on how the Surgery is performing or the processes undertaken. Occasionally the Surgery approaches the PPG with some questions, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. The PPG attend the Surgery and assist with Surveys, Flu Campaigns and getting information sharing forms completed.
The Group is independently Chaired by Margaret Marks and upon receipt of application to join, with your consent, we will ask Margaret to contact you.
We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you would like to join our patient representation group, please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
