Out of Hours
Between the hours of 6.30 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. Monday – Friday and over the weekend or bank holidays please dial 111 or the surgery number (01787 378226) where your call will be diverted to the out of hours service provided by the NHS Suffolk
All results are seen by the Doctor who ordered them. Please telephone for the result between 2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. when our staff will be able to pass on the Doctor’s message to you. Please allow 3 working days for results to be available.
If you need medical advice your details will be taken and our Nurse Practitioner will phone you back later. If the matter is urgent, please advice us and it will be dealt with straight away.
We assist in the training of doctors (known as Registrars) who are fully qualified with several years of hospital experience and who intend to make a career in General practice. Currently Dr Shobana Jayakumar(F) and Dr Tolulase Adejola (F) is a Registrar at the Practice.

Our team of Practice Nurses; Daphne, Rebecca, Tina, Alice and Laura review and treat patients for the following:

Our Healthcare Assistants; Nicci and Lindsey support the Doctors and Practice Nurses seeing patients for Blood Pressure Checks, ECGs, Smoking Cessation and New Patient Checks.
You can have your blood taken at the Sudbury Health Centre or at West Suffolk Hospital.
Our team of receptionists and adminstrators are here to assist the doctors in the smooth runnning of the Practice.
The Community Nursing Team works closely with the Practice in providing a service to those patients who are housebound. They can be contacted on 0300 123 2425.
A team of Health Visitors hold regular baby and child clinics as well as giving advice on the general development of your child. They can be contacted on 01787 886396.
Our team of dispensary staff; Camilla Claydon (Dispensary Manager), Ann, Steph, Phillippa and Alice handle your repeat prescriptions and medication queries. They also dispense medication to patients who request the service and are living in certain areas.
